Advertising by means of a text entry commences as soon as we have received your submission form and payment of £17.63 (inc VAT), this fee is for display within our directory for 1 year, your advertisement is renewable annually at your discretion. A text entry consists of the following being displayed: establishment name, establishment type, telephone number, e-mail link, a direct link to your website and a wheelchair access logo (if applicable). Text entries are listed alphabetically.

Advertising by means of a banner commences as soon as we have received your payment and approval of the banner (please CLICK HERE for prices and further details), all prices shown include design of your banner and display for 1 year, your advertisement is renewable annually at your discretion. Banners are NOT listed alphabetically, but positioned on a first come first served basis, to be eligible for banner display you must also have a text entry (explained above).

Advertising by means of a website commences as soon as we have received your payment of £94.00 (inc VAT), this fee includes a .co.uk domain name, a FREE text entry (explained above) and the design and hosting of the website for 1 year, your website is renewable annually at your discretion (please CLICK HERE for further details).

Payment for a text entry must be received within seven days of submitting your details to us or in the case of a banner or website within seven days of the application of your order. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the content of their advertisement is correct throughout the advertising period. Advertisers are welcome to request amendments to text entries, banners and websites at any time, although, there will be a charge of £17.63 (inc VAT) to amend details on a banner and £11.75 (inc VAT) to amend details on a website.

Any advertisements on UK Accommodation Search are carried on the assumption that they comply with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and 1972, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or any other applicable regulation. UK Accommodation Search reserves the right to decline or reject any application at any time, without assigning a reason.

The advertiser will be responsible for and shall indemnify UK Accommodation Search against all losses, damages, costs and expenses by reason or on account of any libel or any infringement of copyright due to copy and/or photographs supplied by the advertiser to UK Accommodation Search. In the event that UK Accommodation Search is found liable to pay damage, costs or expenses, the advertiser will be liable to pay the same to UK Accommodation Search. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions and any advertised price at any time without prior notice.
